The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms that allowed me to rest after a long day of work. the breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for every taste. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was located near the main business district and easily accessible by public transportation.
The receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed to be disinterested in their job and didn't provide the level of service expected from a hotel receptionist.

Although the location was convenient and central, the overall experience at this hotel was severely lacking. the room was poorly maintained and the bathroom was dirty. the service was slow and unprofessional, with one staff member being particularly rude and dismissive. Breakfast was subpar and the view was nothing to write home about. the only positive aspect was the functional facilities, but even they were outdated.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was amazing! the food offered was delicious and abundant, and the music kept us dancing all night long. the location was perfect, close to all the best attractions. On top of that, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home in a foreign city.
Our experience was marred by a negative encounter with one of the receptionists.
